How do I update my credit card information?

  1. Enter your Username and Password (in the gray box in the upper right corner of the page), then click the Login button.
  2. Click on My Account (upper right corner of the page).
  3. Under Useful Links click Update CC info.
  4. Enter your new credit card information, then click the Update Info button.

How do I change my e-mail address?

  1. Enter your Username and Password (in the gray box in the upper right corner of the page), then click the Login button.
  2. Click on My Account (upper right corner of the page).
  3. Under Useful Links click Change Password/Edit Profile.
  4. Enter your new e-mail address, then click the Save Profile button.

How do I change my password?

  1. Enter your Username and Password (in the gray box in the upper right corner of the page), then click the Login button.
  2. Click on My Account (upper right corner of the page).
  3. Under Useful Links click Change Password/Edit Profile.
  4. In the Change Password field, enter your new password.
  5. In the Confirm Password field, enter your new password again.
  6. Click the Save Profile button.

I lost my password. What do I do?

  1. Go to the login page by clicking here.
  2. Under Lost password? enter your e-mail address and click the Get Password button. An e-mail containing a link to reset your password will be sent to you.
  3. Open the e-mail message, then click on the link in the message (or copy and paste it into your web browser).
  4. You will then be asked to enter a new password before you can login again.

How do I cancel my membership?

  1. Enter your Username and Password (in the gray box in the upper right corner of the page), then click the Login button.
  2. Click on My Account (upper right corner of the page).
  3. Under Your payment history, in the Product column, click the CANCEL link.
